In Module 1:

Self Work, we embark on a journey of self-discovery. Guided by Islamic teachings, we explore the profound role of individual growth in building a thriving marital life. In Module 2:

Making Marriage Work, we unveil the divine blueprint for a prosperous marriage. Here, we dive into “Attachment Theory” grounded in Islamic principles, delve into strategies for “Building Respect,” and illuminate the power of “Rituals of Connection” in fortifying your bond with your partner.

Module 3

Communication and Conflict Resolution will teach you the art of “Communicating Needs” and “Early Resolution” strategies in line with prophetic teachings. We’ll discuss the Islamic ethos of “Resetting From a Conflict” to ensure peace and respect remains paramount in your relationship.
